Overall I’m pleased with the layout of this page. The talkity talk is alright. It’s difficult to balance plot points and how they come out in conversation yet have the conversation seem believable. Anyway, maybe we’ll get to some action soon.
I just finished reading, and I’m not sure I want to admit it, Kiss the Girls. I had read Cat & Mouse before and it was pretty good but Kiss the Girls is good at times and dreadful at others. Patterson throughout the novel drops references of pop culture in in what’s probably an attempt to help the setting but most of the time simply seems like he’s trying to sound cool because he knows all the popular stuff the kids are listening to and watching. It really pulls you out of what would otherwise be a decent book. Time to get back to a Science Fiction book now.
