Chapter 2 » Eighty Five_Eighty Seven

I had started drawing this full page last week. Between wanting to get the story moving along and reading Watchmen for the first time this is what came out. I probably would’ve spent a bit more time rendering but I didn’t want to get bogged down in details and I’m still mourning the loss of our cat Stella.

As I said I’m finishing up Watchmen, which I’ve put off reading for twenty years. I remember a friend recommending it when it first came out and I’m not sure why I’ve never picked it up. It’s an awesome graphic novel and very inspiring. You’ll probably see it’s influence as Subterfuge moves on.
